INTEGRIS Health

The "Understanding Birth" class will meet from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Conference Room A and B at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital. 

This course includes eight weeks of classes plus one bonus physical therapy class and a mock delivery in a LDRP room. 

The Class Schedule will be as follows: 

1. Monday, 11/3
2. Sunday, 11/9 - Physical Therapy class
3. Tuesday, 11/11
4. Tuesday, 11/18
5. Tuesday, 11/25
6. Thursday, 12/4
7. Sunday, 12/7 - Mock Labor class
8. Tuesday, 12/9
9. Tuesday, 12/16
10. Thursday, 12/18 -- Graduation!!

NOTE: Only register one person. You may bring 1 support person.

Understanding Birth is a class covering the following information:

• A healthy pregnancy (Support, Nourishment)

• Women’s Center tour

• Team birth

• Breastfeeding

• Postpartum care

• Relaxation

• Labor positions

• Pain management
