Learn about the different categories of pumps, why a mom might need to pump, how to initiate a milk supply using a pump, and what exclusively pumping means. Hear from moms who have exclusively pumped by choice or necessity as well as tips on how to keep a milk supply when you return to work. This class is most helpful when the Breastfeeding Basics Class has already been taken or if mom has breastfed before. Save time and money and take both Breastfeeding Basics and Pumping Power on the same day. Sign up first for Breastfeeding Basics! It is also recommended to wait to purchase your own pump until after taking this class.
